Shipping policy

  1. All orders placed via our Shopify store can be shipped across the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail for reliable national delivery.
  2. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout, based on the delivery option you choose.
  3. For local customers near our business location, we offer two options:
    • Free local delivery: This is available on a case-by-case basis for known individuals or those within our immediate area. Contact us to confirm eligibility.
    • Local collection: If you prefer, you may arrange to collect your order directly from us. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.
  4. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. Royal Mail delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected.
